| What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is calcualted using UPS discounted rates. Orders under $50.00 are subject to a $3.00 handling fee which allows us to keep our prices low and pass the savings on to you.
Are the items for sale refurbished or closeouts?
All of the items for sale from Stone Plow are brand new, in their original boxes. In some cases the items may ship directly from the manufacturer, but in most cases the items are shipped from one of our multiple warehouses located around the country.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally sent out within 2 business days of receiving it via UPS. When the item is shipped out, you will automatically receive a notification and tracking number for your order.
How do I cancel an order?
Just Contact the Customer Service Department.
Can I return an item to one of your retail stores?
At this time, items purchased from StonePlow.com cannot be returned to one of our retail locations.
